You’ll upload it directly on the product page before checkout. Just pick your portrait style, add your photo, and place your order.

What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos where your pet’s face is visible. Don’t worry — if we need a different photo, we’ll let you know before creating your portrait.

How long does it take to get my portrait?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way.

Can I add my pet’s name?
